  Cast Steel Bellows Seal Globe Valve


Bellows globe valve series products adopt double sealing design (bellows + packing) structure design, good sealing, especially suitable for steam, heat transfer oil, highly toxic, strong corrosion gas liquid medium sealing reliability requirements especially high conditions.
 

Features:

1. The key parts of the metal bellows, the lower end and the valve stem assembly adopt automatic rolling welding, the upper end and the connecting plate are automatically rolling welding, forming a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere to ensure zero leakage of the valve stem;

2. Valve disc adopts conical design, sealing surface and medium flow line, better sealing performance, longer service life;

3. Dual seal design (bellows and packing) prevents stem packing from leaking if bellows fail and meets international sealing standards;

4. The valve cover is provided with grease connector, which can lubricate the stem, nut and shaft sleeve directly, unlike the traditional lubricating oil only for the thread;

5. Ergonomically designed handwheel, longer service life, easy and convenient operation, more safe and reliable.
