Q1: Can I have a sample order?

    A: Yes, sample order and trial order are welcome to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
 
Q2: Can I put my logo on the Product and Package?
    A: Yes, ODM and OEM are available. We will put lable for small order, printing for mass production. 
 
Q3: What is your terms of payment?
    A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
 
Q4: How about the QC of your products? 
    A: We have 100% testing before packing. 
 
Q5: What's lthe lead time?
    A: Sample order will take 1-3 days, mass production will take 1-2 weeks for the order quantity more than 100K pieces.
 
Q6: What's the shipment?
    A: We usually ship by Express DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, it will take 2-5 days. Air and sea transport are also acceptable.
 
Q7: What's the warranty?
    A: 3 Years.
