8.our normaly port is Huangu, ningbo port,we also can arrange shipment from china to any port in world,we will try to negotiate with our forwarder and try to got a competitive cost,our normally package is Plywood for big machine and  carton for small item,all the package is standard for Europe community
 
9.our warranty is two year, in this period we can supply free of charge spare parts for maintaince and send by courier ,but our quality is stable,don't need a lot of spare parts for repair,we also will include some easy damaged parts with the order,it is free of charge,so you can repair quickly
